All sales are final.
We accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at moromocontach@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Approved returns must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
Once approved, replacements or refunds will be processed promptly.
